I accidentally had one of the release settings on HW 26 set to "Chuck Norris" -- so the section 0002 students were not picking up HW26 in Webcourses.I de-Norrised the assignment, and it should be available now in the normal manner.
P.S. Do not ask for an explanation of the Chuck Norris setting. It's complicated. ;)
